Upon accommodation, the guest provides a document proving his identity (passport, military card or other identity card, according to clause 8 of the Resolution of 25.04.1997 No. 490 on the approval of the rules for the provision of hotel services in the Russian Federation), and makes 100% payment for the entire period of residence In a hotel.
Documents proving the identity of citizens necessary for the implementation of registration records (paragraph 5 of the Rules for Registration and Withdrawal of Citizens of the Russian Federation from the Registration Record at the Place of Residence in the Territory of the RF from 17.07.95) are:
- Passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation certifying the identity of a citizen of the Russian Federation on the territory of the Russian Federation;
- Passport that certifies the identity of a citizen of the Russian Federation outside the Russian Federation - for persons permanently residing outside the Russian Federation.
- Birth certificate - for persons under 14 years of age;
- Foreign passport - for permanently residing abroad citizens who are temporarily on the territory of the Russian Federation;
- Other documents issued by the internal affairs bodies that certify the identity of a citizen.
Minors are accommodated in the Hotel exclusively with their parents or persons by their substitutes (guardians, etc.).
Upon settlement, the guest agrees to the storage and processing of personal data.
Booking conditions
Reservation of the room in the Hotel is carried out by the customer / Client / Guest by sending an application to the hotel booking department via postal, telephone and other communication, which allows to establish reliably that the application originates from the consumer.
With guaranteed reservation, 100% prepayment of the cost for the whole period of stay or 100% prepayment for the first day of the stay with subsequent payment upon arrival of the unpaid stay is made.
In the event that the Guest is guaranteed a reservation with 100% prepayment for 1 day of stay, did not use the accommodation service on the specified day of arrival, and did not cancel the reservation one day prior to the estimated day of arrival, the prepayment for 1 day of stay is non-refundable.
In the event that the Guest with a guaranteed reservation with 100% prepayment for the entire period of stay did not use the accommodation service on the specified day of arrival, and did not cancel the booking one day prior to the estimated day of arrival, the prepayment for the first day of stay is not refundable.
If the reservation is confirmed without reservation (without prior payment), if the Guest does not specify the exact time of arrival, the reservation is canceled at 18:00 on the local time.
The procedure for payment for services provided by the hotel
The payment for accommodation and services provided by the Hotel is carried out at the prices established by the Price List approved by the Director of the Hotel.
The payment for accommodation is charged in accordance with the established check-in hour from 12:00 hours of the current day by local time.
In case of pre-booking, the check-out time is always 12:00 and 100% of the room rate per day is charged.
Check in time - 14:00. When the guest arrives without prior reservation before the specified time, the hotel provides a guest accommodation with available rooms.
Prolongation of stay, late check-out
If the stay is extended to 14.00 hours - the fee is not charged, 2 hours of additional stay from 12.00 to 14.00 hours of the current day are included in the price of the room, subject to availability.
When extending your stay from 14:00 to 18:00 of the current day, you will be charged 50% of the room rate per day. When you extend your stay from 18:00 on the current day until 12:00 the next 24 hours, you will be charged 100% of the room rate per day.
For stays of less than 24 hours, the fee is charged per day, regardless of the estimated hour.
If it is necessary to extend the residence of the Hotel, the Guest needs to contact the Reception and Posting Service in advance of the check-in time. If there are vacant seats in the Hotel, the period of residence can be extended.
Early check-in
Check-in to the room until 07:00 is charged additionally in the amount of the full cost of one night stay at the hotel. Check-in after 07:00 is charged additionally at the rate of 50% of the room rate per day.
Additional services are provided to guests for a fee. Information on the list and cost of additional services is provided by the "Reception and accommodation service".
Children under 5 years of age stay free of charge in their parents' room.
If it is possible, the Hotel can offer an additional place for an additional fee in accordance with the current price list.
The hotel provides the following services at no additional cost to the guests:

- evening service (turn down service) mini-gym
- call a taxi wake-up by a certain time
- daily cleaning with change of towels
In case of discrepancies, the document in Russian language has legal effect.
